An online program to support women experiencing perimenopause-related challenges through evidence-based mindfulness and cognitive strategies.
8-Week Online Group Psychotherapy Program for women in Ontario, British Columbia and Manitoba
Duration: 8 weekly live virtual sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours
Session dates: October 3, 2025 - November 21, 2025 │Fridays @ 12pm – 1:30pm ET

Psychotherapy
As a registered psychotherapist, Amanda Guthrie has extensive training in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and offers practical and goal-oriented therapy. Rather than simply talk about your problems, she will listen, reflect and then help you implement solutions to problems or to make changes in your thinking patterns and actions.
Naturopathic Medicine
As a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Guthrie offers guidance in adopting a healthier lifestyle and prescribes natural therapies to both treat and prevent illness. She practices with a patient-focused approach where listening to and understanding her patients are her top priorities.
Dr. Guthrie blends scientific research with holistic healing methods and maintains a strong focus on the mind-body connection. The philosophy of her practice is based upon a dedication to help patients reach their optimal state of wellness one step at a time.
